Quarterly reports from Companies House about:
- companies newly incorporated to the UK register of companies
- companies newly removed from the register
- the total and effective register sizes
We also share information on company liquidations and other insolvency procedures.
The reports give information for:
- all companies
- public limited companies (PLCs)
- limited liability partnerships (LLPs)
Tables cover the UK as a whole, and England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland individually.
We currently provide the full statistical report in English only. If you’d like a Welsh translation of future versions of this report, contact statistics@companieshouse.gov.uk.
