• new Housing Benefit claim
• change of circumstance to an existing Housing Benefit claim

The average time is measured in calendar days, rounded to the nearest day.

The statistics in this release are for:

• April to June 2025 (quarter 1, financial year 2025 to 2026)

• July to September (quarter 2, financial year 2025 to 2026)
