Details

This publication gives previously published copies of the official statistics publications on the volume of milk used by dairies in England and Wales in the production of drinking milk and milk products that showed figures for 2017. Each publication gives the figures available at that time.The figures are subject to revision each month as new information becomes available. January, November and December 2017 were National Statistics and are published as Historical national statistics notices on milk utilisation by dairies, 2017.
