This release is about graduate and postgraduate employment and earnings outcomes for those who graduated with a first degree (Bachelors), level 7 (Masters) or level 8 (PhD) qualification.

It compares outcomes by:

• subject studied
• nation

• individual level characteristics, including:

  • deprivation
  • region
  • ethnicity
  • prior attainment

These have been published in previous tax years under the heading, ‘LEO graduate and postgraduate outcomes’.

For the first time, this release includes comparisons of employment and earnings outcomes between those who achieved a level 6, level 4 or 5, or up to level 3 qualification.

It uses longitudinal education outcomes (LEO) data.
