Detail

The statistics cover all arrests designated in law under schedule 1 of the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended) reported by police to the FBOA.

During the football season Police Football Intelligence Officers submit a range of data, including arrest information, to the FBOA. FBOA also administer all football banning orders. Home Office collate and publish football-related arrest and banning order data annually.
