Details
This report examines the awareness and influence of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and the extent to which owner occupiers have undertaken work on their property to improve its energy efficiency.
It also provides information on the prevalence of space and hot water heating systems including low carbon technologies, smart meters and parking provision.
The English Housing Survey live tables are updated each year and accompany the annual reports.
