Police recorded crime statistics on crime outcomes assigned by the police for the year ending June 2016. For further information and commentary on crime outcomes statistics please see ‘Crime outcomes in England and Wales 2015 to 2016’.
‘Crime outcomes in England and Wales, year ending June 2016’ presents statistics on crime outcomes assigned by police forces in England and Wales.
These data tables show outcomes assigned by the police to offences recorded in the year to June 2016, the new preferred measure for outcomes data.
Figures are also presented for all outcomes that were recorded in the year to June 2016, some of which relate to crimes recorded in previous years.
