A statistical report providing analysis of all COVID-19 related deaths occurring in Northern Ireland between 1 March and 31 May 2020. This bulletin includes age-standardised analysis of COVID-19 related deaths relating to age, sex and different geographical areas including Local Government District, area deprivation and by urban/rural residence.

Revision Note: The statistical bulletin, ‘COVID-19 Related Deaths in Northern Ireland- Deaths Occurring During March to May 2020’ was revised at 3pm on 17th June 2020. Following release, an error was discovered in the number of COVID-19 related deaths in healthcare or care-related occupations (page 11). The figure has now been amended from 4 to 5. No other figures or percentages in the bulletin are affected.
