  1. Correction to this publication: On 15 January 2015, Ofsted identified an error in the provider level data for inspections in this period. Data for the judgements ‘Access to services’ and ‘Quality of practice and services’ were displayed in the wrong columns. This error did not affect the summary file or the key findings file included in this publication, and did not affect the provider level data for most recent inspection outcomes. It does not affect the publication of individual inspection reports. On 16 January 2015, the publication was corrected.
