Details

This statistical notice, published on 16 May 2013 advises users of the details of scheduled technical changes to the Households below average income (HBAI) 2011/12 publication published on 13 June 2013, as advised in the HBAI 2010/11 publication.

The households below average income (HBAI) publication presents information on living standards in the UK, as determined by net disposable income, and changes in income patterns over time. The main source of data used in this publication is the UK DWP family resources survey (FRS).

The HBAI is used for the analysis of low income by researchers and the government.
