Details

This publication presents information on selected building materials, including monthly data on price indices, bricks, cement and concrete blocks. It also provides quarterly data on sand and gravel, slate, concrete roofing tiles, ready-mixed concrete and imports and exports of construction products.

ONS has resumed publication of Producer Price Indices (PPIs) following a pause in publication this year while issues with chain linking of data were resolved. As a result of the chain linking issue, PPI data in this publication has been revised. More information on PPIs can be found on the ONS website.
