Statistics on the number of road goods vehicles which travel from Great Britain to Europe for October 2017 and September 2018.

In the 12 months ending September 2018, 3.5 million road goods vehicles travelled from Great Britain to Europe, of which:

  • 2.4 million were powered vehicles
  • 1.1 million were unaccompanied trailers

In the 12 months ending September 2018, the number of powered vehicles that travelled from Great Britain to Europe decreased by 2% compared to the 12 months ending September 2017, of which:

  • 0.3 million were UK-registered
  • 2.0 million were foreign-registered
