NHS111 Minimum Dataset for England, February 2015
Monthly data for each of the different NHS 111 contract areas in England, including: calls offered, answered in 60 seconds, abandoned, transferred, and resulting in ambulance dispatches or recommendations to A&E, primary care or other services. Once each winter and once each summer, data from 111 satisfaction surveys is updated.
