Mental Health Community Teams Activity, quarter ending December 2014
The number of new cases taken on in the year by Early Intervention in Psychosis services; number of patients on Care Programme Approach (CPA) discharged from psychiatric inpatient care in the quarter and, of these, how many were followed up with 7 days of discharge; number of admissions to psychiatric inpatient wards in the quarter and, of these, how many were gate kept by Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) teams.
