Adult Inpatient Experience Survey 2024: National Qualitative Report
The Adult Inpatient Experience Survey 2024 collected information on the experiences of 62,444 adults, who stayed in hospital for at least one night for tests, medical treatment or surgery during November 2024. NHS England undertook thematic analysis of the data from this survey, to identify key themes and variations in patient experiences, highlighting good practices, and uncovering areas for improvement.
