This publication contains statistics on cases being processed by the 2012 statutory child maintenance scheme, delivered by the Child Maintenance Service. Data covered is for August 2013 to August 2014.

The statistics have been developed using guidelines set out by the UK Statistics Authority, and while they undergo evaluation they are labelled as experimental statistics.
