Publication of the DVLA business plan 2026 to 2027
Announcing publication of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) 2026 to 2027 business plan.
I would like to update the House that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)’s 2026 to 2027 business plan was published yesterday (19 October 2026).
The business plan sets out the key business priorities that the DVLA will deliver and any significant changes it plans to make to its services as well as the key performance indicators by which the DVLA’s performance will be assessed.
The business plan allows users of the DVLA’s services to understand the agency’s plans for delivering its vital services to motorists and managing its finances.
The business plan is available electronically on GOV.UK and copies will be placed in the libraries of both houses.
