Details

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has partnered with the Centre for Justice Innovation to develop an Intensive Supervision Court (ISC) model to be piloted in the Youth Court. ISCs are a form of problem-solving court designed to address the root causes of offending behaviour, with the goal of reducing reoffending and supporting individuals to turn their lives around for good. The Youth Intervention Court Pilot will test whether a similar problem-solving approach could improve outcomes for children. The MOJ is seeking expressions of interest from youth justice partners that meet the core requirements set out in the background information and guidance, wishing to be considered for the pilot.

The application window closes on 24 June 2026.
