The Young Futures Hubs and Transformation Programme will help local areas better support young people and develop a network of up to 50 Young Futures Hubs by March 2029. You can view the full list of eligible local authorities on the Young Futures Hubs and Transformation Programme page.

The EOI prospectus details the background of the programme, the delivery approach, the support provided throughout, and guidance on how local authorities can submit their EOI. 

The EOI form will capture information from shortlisted local authorities that will be reviewed during the assessment process, including:

  • motivation for participation
  • strategic vision for youth services
  • strategic vision for Young Futures Hubs
  • approach to co-creation
  • project management and sustainability

Read the EOI prospectus and submit an Expression of Interest form by 23:59 on Wednesday 29 July 2026 to youthrevenue@dcms.gov.uk
