Worstead Farms Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a variation to a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 7/34/09/*S/0099 which authorises the abstraction of water from an unnamed watercourse at Hall Farm, Worstead, Norfolk at National Grid Reference TG 30384 24953.

The variation applied for is to add the purpose of filling a reservoir for subsequent spray and trickle irrigation and to extend the period of abstraction until October. The abstraction is located within the Ant Catchment.
