Details

The voluntary sector has an important role to play in supporting the statutory services in response to many emergencies. This note sets out some issues for Category 1 responders and voluntary sector partners to think about.

This should be read together with Emergency Preparedness - this is the statutory guidance that accompanies the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.
