IFF research and UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society conducted this qualitative study, on behalf of the Department for Education, in 2024.
The research explored the experiences of full-time teachers and leaders who reported average, or above average, workload in wave three.
The research follows the third wave of the working lives of teachers and leaders survey.
