An application has been made to the Environment Agency by Wolf Minerals (UK) Limited. The Environment Agency are required to give notice of this application.

The application is to vary a full licence to abstract water serial number SW/047/0002/001 which authorises the abstraction of water from the Tory Pond impoundment within the boundary of National Grid References (NGR):

  • SX 55678 59218
  • SX 55645 59286
  • SX 55671 59368
  • SX 55772 59399

The variation applied for is to alter the position of compensation flow points of Hooksbury Stream from NGR SX 55828 59367 and SX 55599 59269 to NGR SX 55810 59430 and SX 5580 59250 respectively.

Application is also being made to vary licence to impound water serial number SW/047/0002/003 to obstruct or impede the flow of the Hooksbury Stream from NGR SX 55828 59367 to SX 55599 59269 at:

Plympton
Devon

The variation applied for is:

  • To change position of the impoundment from NGR SX 55828 59367 to SX 55599 59269 and NGR SX 55910 59440 to SX 55580 59250
  • To alter the position of the diversion channel
  • To amend the designs and drawings
