Withdrawal of the guarantee arrangements for NRAM and Bradford & Bingley
HM Treasury is giving notice that it will withdraw the guarantees it put in place for certain liabilities of Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley.

The liabilities covered by the guarantee arrangements that were put in place for Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley when they came into public ownership have now been discharged in full, so HM Treasury is giving notice of its intention to withdraw those guarantee arrangements.
