The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence with effect from 23:59 on 16 March 2019
- disqualify Dean Baldock for a period of 5 years, with effect from 17 March 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in any entity that holds or obtains such a licence
- disqualify Ryan Baldock for a period of 3 years, with effect from 17 March 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in any entity that holds or obtains such a licence
- disqualify Kirstie Baldock for a period of 3 years, with effect from 17 March 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in any entity that holds or obtains such a licence
- withdraw application PH2021149 and refund the fee
