We have an obligation to act on third party disclosures made to us about environmental malpractice that are in the public interest – commonly known as ‘whistleblowing’.

  1. Reports prior to 2022 to 2023 have been archived. Should you require access to Prescribed Persons whistleblowing reports for previous reporting years, contact the Environment Agency.
