Sets out what the commission expects when it contacts trustees or charity officers or they contact the commission, including:

  • preparing adequately by reading commission guidance first and having all the information you need
  • providing true, complete and correct information
  • responding to the commission’s requests on time and keeping it informed
  • understanding that it’s an offence to knowingly or recklessly provide false or misleading information to the commission
