The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Wentvalley Aggregates & Recycling Limited.

Application for the partial infilling of a void associated with an existing mineral workings with non-hazardous waste and inert waste arisings from quarrying operations. The permit will not authorise treatment of waste prior to placement. Waste will be used for restoration and slope stabilisation of the worked quarry faces.
