Guidance on the analysis of social impact appraisal in transport appraisals.

This version of the guidance reinstates a paragraph advising to use highways accident values, as a start, for maritime accidents, the previous version is TAG unit A4-1 social impact appraisal, January 2014.

The forthcoming changes document (added August 2017) explains alterations expected in the next guide.

WebTAG provides information on the role of transport modelling and appraisal, and how the transport appraisal process supports the development of investment decisions and business cases.
