Wayware Limited: application made to abstract (take) water

Wayware Limited have applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 7/34/05/*S/0058A which authorises the abstraction of water from Mundesley Beck at Southrepps, Norfolk – between National Grid Reference (NGR) TG 2722 3728 and TG 2750 3708.
The variation applied for is to increase the annual quantity abstracted under the licence from the Mundesley Beck, for the purpose of winter storage for spray irrigation, from 45,000 cubic metres to 76,000 cubic metres.
