You must use the correct codes when completing forms for shipping waste.

  1. Added The International Waste Shipments (Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006) Regulations 2020 to the 'relevant regulations' as omitted in error.

  2. We have updated the list to reflect Basel Convention waste plastic amendments. A3210 and Y48 are new entries. B3011 replaces B3010.

  3. Three packaging-related wastes have been transferred from Annex IIIB to Annex III.
