Walton Farms Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006).
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/035/0010/018 which authorises the abstraction of water from an unnamed drain at Felixstowe Dock between National Grid References TM 26224 35513 and TM 26650 35315. Abstraction period is November to March and the water is used for filling a reservoir for subsequent spray irrigation.
The variation applied for is to add a further point of abstraction from the unnamed drain at NGR TM 25645 35339.
