Details
The letter from Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Children and Families Will Quince MP revokes the statutory direction issued to Wakefield Council on 13 December 2018.
The direction required the chair of the council’s improvement board to provide the Secretary of State with quarterly update reports on the council’s ongoing improvement work.
The direction replaced an earlier statutory direction issued to the council on 22 August 2018.
