The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Veolia ES Landfill Limited.
The proposed variation does not involve substantial change.

The site is a non-hazardous treatment facility, mostly treating wood EWC codes. There is an increase in annual throughput (50,000 to 75,000 tonnes/annum) and storage capacity (upto 1,714 tonnes at any one time), with some changes to site layout. We will be assessing the Fire Prevention Plan and Dust Management Plan.
