The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Sellafield Limited.
The application contains a description of the proposed changes to:
- transfer of Plant Notification Levels (PNL) numerical values to the supporting Compilation of Environment Agency Requirements, Approvals and Specifications (CEAR)
- change of the Fuel Handling Plant (FHP) stack to an Other Outlet
