Details of the application

This advert is to inform the public that S Walsh and Son Limited has applied for a new standard rules permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010. There is no requirement to consult on a standard rules permit application as the rules themselves have been subject to public consultation and we are now only considering whether the proposed activities comply with the requirements of the rule set and whether the applicant will operate in accordance with the rules. However, as we are consulting on a similar proposal from the same applicant that was not for a standard rules permit we are advising the public of this new application.
