This update report details the action the UK government undertook to implement the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights during 2022. As a member of the Voluntary Principles Initiative (VPI), the UK must produce a full report every 3 years and an update report each year on its work to implement the Voluntary Principles.
The UK is committed to developing and implementing of these Voluntary Principles, including the work of the Voluntary Principles Initiative in priority countries.
