Case study of the virtual campus (VC) used to deliver education, training and employment elements to offenders in custodial settings over a secure ICT infrastructure. It aimed to link work in custody to education, training and employment mainstream delivery systems, and streamline and modernise provision to improve offender-learners’ engagement. Relates to ‘Making prisons work: skills for rehabilitation’ (URN 11/828).
