Details

Use form VAT833 to tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) when you sell goods in satisfaction of debt and where VAT is chargeable on the sale, for example, if you’re an auctioneer.

You must submit this form and pay the VAT due to HMRC within 21 days of the sale.
