Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • suspend the operator licence held by Valentine Haulage Bonnybridge Ltd for a period of 3 months with effect from 23:59 on 30 October 2018. During the suspension period the vehicles will not be used on this or any other licence
  • issue a warning to Valentine Haulage Bonnybridge in respect of repute
  • issue a warning to Mr Valentine in respect of repute, Mr Valentine cannot be nominated on any other licence
  • refuse variation application, no increase in the 12 months following the expiry of the suspension
  • suspend the operator licence held by William Wright T/A WMW Contracts for a period of 3 months with effect from 23:59 on 30 October 2018, vehicles cannot be used on this or any other licence during the suspension period, thereafter the licence will be reduced to one vehicle and one trailer.
  • issue a warning to William Wright as to his repute as an operator and transport manager
  • suspend the operator licence held by Martin William Valentine T/A Denval Haulage for a period of 3 months with effect from 23:59 on 30 October 2018, vehicle will not be used on this or any other licence during the suspension period
  • grant a period of grace for 3 months to allow a new transport manager to be appointed
  • issue a warning to Martin Valentine as to his repute direct that no other vehicles can be specified on these licences between now and 30 October 2018
