Ofsted good practice example showing how Kendal College uses equalities data to monitor performance and narrow the achievement gap.



This example shows how Kendal College analysed the achievement of different groups of learners for any differences in performance, identified the reasons for those differences and then implemented actions to reduce them as a key part of its quality improvement activity. The college’s approach was judged outstanding at its most recent Ofsted inspection.
