Details

This guidance on using byelaws to tackle nuisance behaviour on buses and at bus infrastructure is arranged in 2 main sections:

• non-statutory guidance for local transport authorities (LTAs) in England on making byelaws
• statutory guidance for LTAs, bus operators and their partners, including the police on enforcing the byelaws

Local authorities can use the Word cover sheet to submit applications for new byelaws.
