Does the Security Industry Authority use facial recognition technology, such as:
- Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services;
- Microsoft Azure Face Services;
- any other facial recognition technology by another services provider?
If so, please provide information as to which software is being used.
If the Security Industry Authority does use facial recognition technology and/or Microsoft Azure facial recognition technology, have they undertaken an equality impact assessment as per their obligations under Section 149 of the Equality Act 2010?
If not, please explain why.

I confirm that the SIA does not use any facial recognition technology. As such, the remainder of the questions cannot be answered.
