Making imports of urea ammonium nitrate solutions, originating in Russia, Trinidad and Tobago and the US that are subject to registration.
The registration was announced in Implementing Regulation 2019/455, Official Journal ref. L79 dated, concerning imports of mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate in aqueous or ammoniacal solution (UAN), originating in Russia, Trinidad and Tobago and the US.
Registration will last for three weeks with effect from 22 March 2019.
The product is classified within CN code 3102 8000.
Registration may result in the retrospective application of Anti-Dumping Duty to imports entering into free circulation during this three week period.
