Letter from Secretary of State, Edward Davey to National Grid, updating the volume of capacity to be procured and other auction parameters for the first Electricity Market Reform capacity market auction.

The report by National Grid provides advise to the Secretary of State if any adjustment should be made to the demand curve in light of prequalification results and provide a recommendation as to any adjustment to be made, in accordance with Regulation 23 of the Regulations.
