This Home Office statutory instrument plan provides an outline of secondary legislation that the Home Office expects to be brought forward within the next 12 months.

The plan gives the proposed title of each piece of legislation, a brief summary of the detail and the relevant parliamentary procedure. These measures are subject to ongoing policy discussions and dependent on the parliamentary timetable. Measures such as those that deal with sensitive matters are not included on this list.
