Welcome to the Growth Hub. Here you will find resources, insights and tools designed to help you as a UK Space Business become more investment ready. Explore the learning materials below to help you on your investment journey.​​

Each track will have a video’s introducing you to the track, three videos diving into each specific unit as well as a video Q&A session with the relevant expert and closing remarks. Alongside the videos there is a zip file containing relevant supporting documents for you to take away and use to help on your journey. ​

1.1 Track 1: Preparing for Investment

This track shows how to lay the essential foundations for securing investment, from shaping your investor-ready thesis to building robust financial models and a professional data room. Whether you’re raising your first institutional round or preparing to scale, this track gives you the tools and confidence to make your business truly investable.​Companies will also benefit from insights shared directly by investors and entrepreneurs through industry soundbites, making the Growth Hub a central resource for strengthening investor readiness. This Track contains the following units:​

Unit 1: From Big Idea to Bankable Success​ - Turning vision and market insight into an investable thesis​​

Unit 2: Financial Mistakes Kill Interest​ - Creating compelling financial models that speak to investors 

Unit 3: The Deal Lives in the Data Room​ - Creating a data room that builds investor confidence​​

1.2 Track 2: Strengthening Leadership & Governance​

This track shows how to structure funding rounds, build effective boards and reporting, and meet UK and international legal and regulatory requirements in the space sector. Whether you’re maturing your company or preparing for investment, you’ll gain practical tools to strengthen governance, demonstrate legal readiness, and inspire investor confidence. ​​

Unit 4: The Importance of Round Architecture​ - Sizing, syndicate, and valuation guardrails aligned to milestones

Unit 5: Cadence Creates Confidence​ - Boards, management, reporting and KPIs that signal institutional discipline​​

Unit 7: Loose Ends Sink Deals​ - Legal readiness, IP, and navigating and​mitigating risk.

1.3 Track 3: Series A to Scale​

This track shows how to turn strategy into sustainable growth, from refining your go-to-market model to expanding internationally and winning government and commercial contracts.
