1. Investor Pathway Programme
The Investor Pathway, part of the Unlocking Space for Investment programme, aims to attract new and diverse sources of capital into the UK space sector. It serves as a gateway for investors to capitalise on a growing market and gain direct exposure to high-potential UK space companies.
This fully funded 8-week programme is designed for investors who are new to the space sector and looking to explore it as a potential investment opportunity. Delivered by space-sector experts and experienced investors, the programme builds knowledge, confidence, and connections to help participants thrive in the UK space market.
Through tailored delivery methods, participants can access insider market intelligence, engage with a diverse network of industry leaders, and connect directly with UK space businesses across late-seed to Series C+ stages.
Participants in the Investor Pathway will:

1.1 What is involved?
The Investor Pathway combines a self-paced online course with live sessions to build investor confidence across key areas including space market dynamics, entrepreneurship, law and regulation, sustainability, frontier technologies and the UK space ecosystem.
Participants also benefit from curated networking opportunities with peers, Government stakeholders, and established investors. The programme provides insider access to UK space businesses, creating a direct pathway to high-potential deal flow.
1.2 Who should apply?
The Investor Pathway is a selective programme designed for senior decision-makers across all sources of capital, including but not limited to angel investors, venture capital, corporate venture, private equity, and family offices.
The programme is best suited to investors who:

invest from late Seed to Series C+

are new to the space sector and looking to build market intelligence and confidence

are UK-based, with a focus on UK investment opportunities
For investors located overseas who actively invest in the UK, the programme also offers an International Track, delivered entirely online.
1.3 What are the expectations?
The Investor Pathway requires a minimum commitment of 1.5 hours per week, combining self-paced learning with live sessions to maximise flexibility.
Participants are expected to attend at least two London-based in-person events (exception made to the International Track), designed to deliver the full benefit of networking, sector engagement, and exposure to high-potential UK space businesses.

2. Technology Deep Dives
The Investor Pathway has launched a series of Technology Deep Dives, open to all investors, not just programme participants. These monthly, 1-hour webinars will provide expert-led insights into the latest space-enabled technologies and capabilities, helping investors stay ahead in a fast-evolving sector.

3. Space Investment Day
Save the date for the next Space Investment Day, hosted by the UK Space Agency.
Following on from the success of last year, the Space Investment Day seeks to offer new perspectives and discussions on UK Space industry trends, opportunities and critical technologies, bringing together the finance community, UK Space Agency and Government officials to explore the benefits of investing in the UK Space industry.
