Changes have been made to: Add a temporary concession to introduce a new eligibility period allowing those with permission to enter or stay on or between 18 March 2022 and 16 May 2023 to apply to the Ukraine Extension Scheme until the Immigration Rules are amended. Amend the wording referencing children born in the UK to a parent who meet the validity requirements for the Ukraine Extension Scheme; and make clarificatory amendments to the permission explained section. Include an explanatory section on the Common Travel Area and applications to the Ukraine Extension Scheme.

  5. Version 2.0 of Ukraine Extension Scheme: caseworker guidance was published in error. This has now been reverted to version 1.0.
