This report explores the theme of supply chains across two of the UK Futures Programme’s (UKFP) productivity challenges: the Offsite Construction challenge and the Management and Leadership challenge.

It looks at a particular type of collaboration, that which occurs through supply chains and networked organisations to promote workforce development and summarises the learning from these two productivity challenges.
